These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the GetTidy SA website or place an order with us. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked on our website.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Your order is submitted through Shopify checkout and payment is processed via Yoco. We use Yoco as our payment gateway to provide a fast, secure payment experience. An order may be cancelled and, where payment has already been taken, refunded if an item becomes unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, or a payment, security or fraud concern prevents us from accepting the order.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Minor differences in appearance can occur because of lighting, screens, packaging or manufacturing updates. Use the appropriate ScrubMini attachment for the surface being cleaned and test delicate or easily scratched surfaces in a small, less-visible area first.

Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. The advertised “Buy 2 ScrubMinis and get free shipping” offer applies when two ScrubMinis are included in the same qualifying order and checkout confirms free shipping before payment.

Delivery

GetTidy SA uses Aramex for local deliveries in South Africa. Available shipping charges and delivery information shown at checkout form part of your order. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

Returns and refunds
