Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
We want return and refund issues handled clearly and fairly. This policy applies together with any rights you have under applicable South African consumer law.
24/7 support for return issues
Our email support is available 24/7 on weekdays and weekends. Contact support@gettidy.co.za for return, refund, damaged-order or delivery support.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, appears defective or is not the item you ordered, email us as soon as reasonably possible. Please include your order details, a clear description of the issue and photos where they are useful for assessing the problem. We will provide the next steps after reviewing the request.
Return requests
If you want to request a return for another reason, contact us before sending the product back. Eligibility may depend on the circumstances, the condition of the product and applicable law. Unless the product is defective, returned items should be kept in a condition suitable for assessment and should include the ScrubMini, supplied heads and other included components where reasonably possible.
Do not send returns without instructions
Please wait for return instructions before sending any product back. This helps make sure the return is sent to the correct place and can be matched to your order.
Return shipping
Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return and applicable law. We will explain any return-shipping responsibility before an authorised return is sent. We will not charge a customer return costs where the law requires those costs to be carried by the seller.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will normally be sent back through the original payment method where practical. Where the original payment was processed through Yoco, the refund may also be reflected through the applicable payment channel. The time it takes to appear after it is processed can depend on the bank or payment provider.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
